Plan
Like most things it all starts with a plan. We'll work with you to develop your bike share strategy, design the bike station(s), and help with branding your fleet. We'll also assist with putting together a proposal should you need to get approval from a governing body or sponsors.
Implement
Implementing your vision is what we live for. Let us work with and manage the various contractors, bike manufacturer, and installers. We've done it with our own bike share and know how to and have the connections to streamline this process to get your bike share up as quickly as possible.
Maintain
A successful bike share starts with keeping your station and bikes well maintained and safe. We have experts to do this for you so you don't have to develop the expertise in-house. We can also provide bike rebalancing between multiple stations if desired.
Bikes
Bikes can make or break your bike share. Our bikes emphasize comfort, function, and reliability above all else. They feature 7-speeds, dual hand brakes, uni-sex walk-thru frames, puncture resistance tires, rear basket, and anti-theft features. We even include a bell to increase the fun and safety factor!
Solar Locks
To keep implementation costs low, allow setup in remote locations, and to simplify day-to-day operations our system uses solar powered bluetooth locks that are installed on each bike. This allows us to setup your bike stations in any sunny location without the need to run electricity to the site. Couldn't be simpler!
Bike Stations
We implement a bike share system that uses individual bikes racks and not the trendy rack-less systems. They are more secure, look neater, and live in greater harmony with your community. Our individual racks allow great flexibility in configuring your station and install quickly. Solar locks on each bike secure themselves to these racks.
Signage
Your bike share audience, location, and business model will determine how much or little signage is needed for your implementation. Public systems with fees may require more signage while private systems for an office campus may need minimal signage that can just be installed on each rack. In either case, we'll help you figure out what's right for you and provide design services as well.
Smartphone App
Free app for iPhone and Android is all that's needed for riders to check bike availability, unlock bikes, and pay for their rides. No software or equipment needs to be installed on-site which simplifies installation and reduces costs. If they have a phone and a credit card (for pay systems), they can ride!
Admin Software
Administration software is available on the cloud to monitor and manage your bike share from wherever you are. Define availability times, rental plans/options, monitor usage, setup discount codes, and much more via this intuitive tool.
