What happens if there is bad weather?
- We monitor weather closely, and if there is any chance of an electrical storm, heavy rains, or high winds, we will cancel activities and tours. In addition, we may have to cancel mountain biking activites and tours if the trail conditions are not suitable for riding. Otherwise we will run activities and tours in light rain as it offers unique sights, sounds, smells, and critters. Should we have to cancel your adventure due to weather, we will notify you as soon as we make that decision and either try to reschedule you or refund your payment. We try to give you as much notice as possible, but weather is often unpredictable and we cannot guarantee a time when we would notify you of our decision. Finally, weather impacts each type of activity differently so on a given day some activites may be cancelled while others are not.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will not be given a refund.
